We provide a range of services for our investors for helping them to lease their properties as well as manage them.  Below is an outline of the fees and services provided. 

LEASING SERVICES
Fee of $650 for renting out your property includes:

-Advertising (Craigslist, Ebestates.com, etc.)
-Unlimited Color brochures(if requested)
-Provide rental applications, all disclosure forms, and process thoroughly
-Negotiate lease
-Check Employment
-Check References
-Check Rental History
-Handle Paperwork and Disclosures
-Handle walkthrough and move-in
-Pre-qualify and Coordinate showings with Owner*
-Credit checks 

 

*Additional Showing Fee of $650 if shown by East Bay Estates


 

CONTINUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Fee of $45/month for managing your property includes:
(Discount of $40/month if pre-paid 1 year in advance)

-Coordinate all Repairs
-Assist with any late/non payments issues
-Handle lease renewals/early termination 
-Complete Invoicing & Accounting
-Handle Move-out procedures
-Coordinate Deposit deductions and returns
