Kristin McKean

With 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Kristin takes pride in providing buyers and sellers with excellent service through the entire home buying/selling process. Kristin’s motto is…“Do what you love and love what you do!” And her clients benefit from this love! She assists in a variety of buying and selling situations from negotiating in the high-end market; to helping first time home buyers find their dream home; to assisting investors secure great investment properties…Her experience and professionalism are apparent in every step of the process.

Embarking on a career in real estate was a natural choice for her.  She was born and raised in the bay area, where her parents are both real estate brokers.  She obtained her real estate license in 2000 and started her career in Chico, California. In 2004, she moved to the Tri-Valley and become part of Blackhawk Real Estate Company. As times have changed and Blackhawk Real Estate Company changed ownership she made a decision to change as well. For the last year, she has had the pleasure of working with East Bay Estates.

Kristin graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University Chico where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business. She then worked as the Marketing Director for the largest tile and stone subcontractor in the bay area. By integrating her background in marketing with the needs of her sellers to market and sell their home, she provides a complete package.

Kristin currently lives in San Ramon with her husband, Chris, and her two step children. She enjoys cooking and the local farmer’s markets, playing tennis, and trips to Napa with her husband. In addition, Kristin is proud to have been a team leader in the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 American Cancer Society's "Making Strides for Breast Cancer" walk in San Francisco raising thousands of dollars for breast cancer research.
